Pre-tenancy cleans

It is crucial that your new tenants move into a clean, well maintained and spotless home. It will give you peace of mind knowing that your property has been cleaned to a high standard, and your tenants will be happy. A huge advantage of this service is that at the end of the tenancy agreement, you know the exact condition your property should be left in, meaning there can be no arguments about the withholding of deposits, which we know can be a major source of aggravation between landlords and tenants. Outside of property:

  • Exterior window cleaning on request
  • Porch ceilings, woodwork and walls de-cobwebbed
  • Porch floors swept and mopped if applicable
  • Garage doors, other exterior doors, frames and thresholds thoroughly cleaned
  • Exterior lighting cleaned (inside of light fittings can be cleaned on request, if easily accessible to our expert team)

Inside of property – deep-clean service:

  • Carpet and rug vacuuming, with full cleaning on request
  • Upholstery cleaning on request (we will provide a competitive quote)
  • Venetian and roller blinds cleaned; all curtains and further blinds are vacuumed
  • All hard flooring is vacuumed, cleaned and disinfected thoroughly
  • Hard flooring can also be polished on request
  • Removal of any cobwebs
  • All woodwork is cleaned (skirting, doors, door frames/architraves, exteriors of loft hatches, window frames, picture rails, dado rails, banisters/newel posts/spindles/hand-rails etc.)
  • Interior glazing/windows, handles, frames and sills cleaned

  • Switches and sockets cleaned

Kitchens and utility rooms:

  • All appliances cleaned and disinfected; freezers will be defrosted if required
  • Tiles cleaned
  • Worktops disinfected and cleaned thoroughly and hygienically
  • Sinks and fittings scrubbed and disinfected, with descaling where required
  • Wall paintwork can be cleaned, but only if the paintwork is washable

Bathrooms, shower rooms and separate WCs:

  • Descaling throughout where required
  • All sanitary ware is cleaned and disinfected
  • All cupboards, fixtures and fittings are cleaned
  • Extractor vents are cleaned thoroughly
  • Tiles are scrubbed clean
  • Sinks and toilets are left spotless

After-builders clean

Having any kind of building work done can be stressful, and causes a lot of dust and dirt.  Why prolong your stress by cleaning up after them? We are experienced in after-builders cleaning. We require minimum of 4 hours per visit for such work, in order to ensure we achieve our excellent standards. Please note: our after-builders cleaning service includes professional window cleaning, carpet and upholstery cleaning.
